Aging ’90s style that had tight room sizes and limited views. Kitchen was undersized for the size of the residence, and the upper bedrooms were constrained.

Add drama to the amazing location of the residence. View corridors were opened on the main floor and a small office was repurposed into the kitchen area. We performed structural log work to match the existing beam design. A 3 floor vacuum elevator was carefully squeaked into the floorplan and we fitted a self-supporting staircase to access a new suite that combined 2 ladder access lofts. Meanwhile, we were assisted by Olivia's Home Design to select all new finishes to rejuvenate and coordinate with the original log design.
