For smaller projects or limited scope projects, we can provide fixed bid pricing with clear communication so that there are no surprises.

Chris Seremet was put on this earth to provide comforting shelter. Chris founded his prior homebuilding company, Seremet Development Group, in 1994, primarily operating in Denver for the majority of his career focusing on historic remodels and infill new home construction. He moved with his family to the Yampa Valley in 2018 to share in the natural beauty and work on the fantastic homes in the area.
